We’re looking for a data-driven, creative Growth Marketing Associate to drive engagement with ZOE audiences - from colder leads to loyal members.
Reporting to the VP Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for increasing user acquisition and retention through lifecycle and product marketing initiatives leveraging our owned channels.
The ideal person is user centric, commercially savvy, scrappy and resourceful, and a very fast learner. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious problem solver with some experience in consulting or marketing, and a flair for storytelling to grow rapidly, take on responsibility and make a tremendous impact.
What you'll do:Deeply understand our audience segments and their journey with ZOE Identify and prioritise engagement opportunities based on sizing impact, confidence and effort Optimise the onboarding nurture path (primarily email at the moment) to maximise short and long term user acquisition impact Partnering with the Product, Brand Marketing and Coaching teams, deliver engagement campaigns to increase NPS, engagement and retention. Run A/B tests and experiments to increase campaign performance.
This is for you if:You may be a recent graduate with aspirations to make an impact in a high-growth tech business. In addition to your education, you may also have some experience of working in a data-driven and creative role which required you to tackle new problems often and get results quickly. Experience in strategy consulting, blue chip graduate programs, or an early stage tech start-ups a plus. You’re a structured problem solver, able to distinguish signal from noise and assess the potential impact of new opportunities based on incomplete data, while recognising assumptions and risks. You're a confident and fluent writer You enjoy storytelling and influencing people through behavioural psychology - the fundamentals of high impact growth marketing You run a tight ship and have sharp eye for detail - user journeys across segments get complicated fast, and emails can’t be unsent, so you have it all organised and ensure to get every important element right You’re a strong communicator and love collaborating with others You have a keen interest in nutrition and health and are passionate about helping people transform their relationship with food
