The Role  

As the leading talent investor, EF is a people focused business, and our team of 100+ globally are dedicated to maximising the success of our founders, community, and the startup ecosystems in which we operate.  Spread across Europe, Asia and North America, we work together as global and local teams to continue to build out our platform and enable the next generation of entrepreneurs to found important companies with us.  We have 10 years of expertise, but this is just the beginning - we are building a global institution and have exciting expansion plans… Reporting to the Head of People, the Global Recruiter & Employer Branding Associate will join a thriving HR team working at the heart of EF in a unique hybrid role.  You’ll be based in London, working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations, to ensure we build high-performing teams and are attractive to top talent in our current and future markets.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end hiring for programme and central hiring in Europe & North America; Enable EF’s smooth expansion by researching and delivering hiring for new markets, or building out teams that deliver our product or future product launches; Own our internally focused global employer branding efforts, increasing our brand recognition by developing our social media presence and creating a calendar of content; Build out our careers portal and website to reflect EF’s employer value proposition and share more about our special culture and values; Manage talent pipelining projects to ensure we have a diverse spectrum of stellar future prospects; Be a trusted advisor by providing strategic inputs into thinking around Diversity & Inclusion, market research, organisation design, talent data and salary benchmarking; Take a data minded approach to all aspects of talent attraction and acquisition, leveraging insights to guide future decisions; Join or own People, Talent or wider project work based on EF’s developing priorities, and collaborate with the rest of the People team to provide effective business partnership as we progress and expand. This role is based in London, reporting to our Head of People, and should start ASAP .  Our team splits their time between work (we’re excited to be moving to a new space in Hoxton in August 22) and home which we hope this reflects the best of both worlds.

About You

You ideally have around 2-4 years experience in an end to end Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role in a fast-paced and changing environment such as a high growth tech company or a dynamic startup; You hire/want to hire for a variety of non-tech roles;   You love talent branding and are active on social media with a desire to boost awareness and engagement across multiple channels; You have a keen interest in building a career in global talent, people and culture, as well as a love for startups; You demonstrate a ‘get things done’ attitude, balancing operational excellence with speed, quality and integrity in everything you do; You’re proactive - you thrive on creating thoughtful 5* candidate experiences and love to take initiative to improve on the status quo; You’re a team player motivated by shared goals; You have a love of learning and never hesitate in adapting to changing needs or circumstances; You’re mission driven and maintain a customer-centric approach that shapes your thinking and drives your determination to achieve great results.
