We are looking for an exceptional Partnerships Manager to work with our Senior Partnerships Manager and Fellowships Director to manage the Relationships with our partner organisations. It is an exciting and rare opportunity to work with stakeholders from over 30 organisations in the public, private and social sectors including the BBC, British Army, Cancer Research, Save the Children, Legal & General and Tesco.
You will be responsible for:
Managing existing and new partner relationships for impact
- Managing existing relationships with about 10 of our partner organisations
- Developing and building relationships with new partner organisations
- Building the community of Fellows within your partner organisations to utilise the learnings to address key strategic priorities and advance responsbile leadership in their organisation.
- Engaging with a number of different stakeholders in each of our partner organisations typically including a number of different members of the C-suite, Heads of Leadership, Heads of Talent and the Fellows themselves
- Developing tailored strategies for each partnership to ensure that we are working with each partner organisation in the most effective way, and with a long term, rather than quick-win mindset.
- Managing relationships with the Fellows beyond their programmes to ensure we continue to support them do purposeful work: keeping data up to date in Salesforce, track the progress of their change challenges and provide support where required
- Review and use feedback to drive improvements in our programmes

Procurement and contracting
- Focusing our relationships thoughtfully on the impact we are having and are able to have over the lifecycle of the relationship rather than sales numbers
- Engaging around procurement and contracting, and ensuring that terms and conditions are upheld from both parties
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure that we invoice promptly, and that the relevant information is provided

- You are strategic and can think on your feet, with strong organisational skills that help you manage and achieve competing priorities

- You have an aversion to jargon, you provide clarity in complex situations and have the ability to focus on what really matters

LOCATION
Our office is in Holborn, within easy walking distance of several over- and underground stations. We expect the team to split their work between the office and home.
