Skills and Experience

We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. So some of the roles will be learning as you go, and we hope that’s exactly what you are looking for. However, some experience in the following is important for the role.

Here are some of the things that we are looking for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or overseas equivalent with a Big-4 or Mid-sized Accountancy Practice background.
  • Previous experience as Financial Controller and managing direct reports ideally in a start-up environment.
  • Exceptional numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable using any accounting or reporting system and willing to constantly look for areas to improve and streamline processes.
