We are looking for a great project manager to join our team and help us develop and produce, at scale, free online education resources.
You will join our Education team but be working across Oak and across partners and government to ensure we deliver on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage project budgets (6 figures).
Lead the continuous improvement of the project management elements of our production processes.
Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects.
As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation.
Work in cross-functional and product oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required.
Deputise for the Head of Programmes and take on general responsibilities as required.
Knowledge, skills and experience
3+ years experience in project management.
Expert knowledge of project management techniques.
Experience of contract performance management.
Knowledge of the English education system.
The successful candidate will have a desire to contribute in all areas to ensure Oak is successful. You will be comfortable working at pace and you will continuously look at ways that the team can work more smartly. You will be excellent at working as part of a remote team, building relationships and managing your time effectively.
