Friends of the Earth are looking for an experienced, Cloud and Network Infrastructure Lead for an immediate start.  You’ll be supporting a constantly evolving environment, whilst influencing & implementing the roll out of key technical solutions. 



You’ll ensure core IT across all sites and cloud environments remain stable, secure, cost-effective and scalable whilst developing a technical strategy according to the predicted needs of the organisation.



You’ll also ensure SLAs and KPI’s are successfully met and adhered to, implement agreed ITIL changes, and provide key business analytics.



Key Skills and Attributes: 



You will be an experienced engineer with fantastic people and infrastructure development skills. Providing a quality customer-focussed approach to support, and experience of managing Managed Service Providers. You will be a strong communicator, able to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff, and to provide readable and comprehensive documentation.



You will be ITIL V3 Certified or equivalent experience, with experience of Microsoft on-prem and cloud stack (AD, Azure AD, Server/Client OSes, O365/Exchange Hybrid/Intune), Microsoft Intune compliance policies and configuration profile.



You will have supported products running on SaaS, PaaS, IaaS with extensive experience of supporting cloud services and championing modern cloud-based, flexible approaches to technology. You’ll be able to develop innovative solutions to resolve customer issues when other solutions are not sufficient.   Your Networking support skills will include: Routers, Firewalls, Switches, VLAN, VPN.

Our super-friendly and dynamic Technical and Infrastructure team play an essential role in empowering the whole of the Friends of the Earth’s organisation.  The team are responsible for providing the best support and developing new technological solutions.  We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills who can collaborate with colleagues from all areas of the organisation.
