About Allpress:
Allpress Espresso is a specialty coffee roastery, operating on a global scale for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a little coffee cart in NZ, Auckland, to our evolution into a sophisticated brand supporting over 1500 independent businesses world-wide, three things have always guided everything we do – people, flavour and innovation.
About the Role
As the Brand manager for the UK, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities within the UK market, while aligning the entire UK business with the long-term brand goals of the Central global team (based in NZ).
You will execute a strategy, built in collaboration with the UK GM, UK Communities manager and UK Events Coordinator to achieve maximum cut-through in the UK market, while remaining on budget and to schedule. You will be expected to report on the success of all activities the Brand team takes part in and identify and resolve any issues with the current brand strategy as the financial year progresses.
To achieve this strategy, you’ll be confident using a range of tools already available to the Allpress Brand team, while identifying and introducing new ones to accelerate our progress further. You will be confident managing brand partnerships, digital channels such as Instagram, eDM management platforms, organic and paid search, eCommerce and content platforms, events and activations, PR and media, and bringing new products to market. In everything you do, you will work collaboratively with all other internal stakeholders in the business, in particular the business development team in respect to their commercial needs.
About you:
-You are an extremely strong communicator who values collaboration and feedback from all levels of the business, from our cafe’s customers to our Global head of brand.
- You have great organisational skills, with an ability to project manage and problem-solve on an everyday basis.
-You’re able to act immediately on the businesses’ short-term priorities, while maintaining a strategic view of how the business should evolve long-term.
-Strong understanding of the importance of Brand immersion, both for internal and external stakeholders. Confidence championing the brand in a way that inspires and motivates others.
-Driven by results, highly inquisitive with a view to trial different things, but fail fast and re-jig your strategy if necessary.
-Experience as a people manager and leader is preferred, but not essential.
-Experience in hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
Details:
