The Sloane Club is a private members club in Chelsea. Our facilities include over 100 bedrooms, two restaurants, two bars, workspace, meeting rooms & events spaces. We curate fantastic events for our members alongside our Michelin-trained Executive Chef, Bernhard Mayer who delivers classic British dishes with a contemporary twist.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Membership Retention Manager to join our fantastic Sloane Club Team. Key Job Responsibilities
· To look after all existing members, engaging in regular communication and ensuring high levels of membership retention
· To be a members first point of contact
· To facilitate and complete all administrative tasks related to a Members’ Club including reporting and analysis of membership activity on a regular basis
· To aid the acquisition team in the onboarding of new members
· To help create and attend club events
· To work with a team and to be an ambassador of the Club in all ways of working
· To be flexible and can manage multiple tasks at the same time
Key Requirements
· Excellent attention to detail and to be extremally organised
· Experience in data analysis and reporting
· Well-spoken with impeccable interpersonal skills
· Problem Solving Skills
· Ability to work under pressure
