With the end goal of delighting clients - by enabling delivery of more impactful work - the Shareback team are innovating to enable powerful human collaboration in modern B2B work.
With a need for speed, we are ‘building the rocket as it takes off’ - hustling for initial sales, whilst building the product in parallel. Our growing team of 7 currently consists of engineers, designers, strategists and Lauren, our founder, who is leading product and go-to-market sales. We are looking for someone to perform the role of a personal assistant and come in to the business for an initial shorter term trial period with a view to a longer term position if the role is a success.

You’ll act as right-hand to our Founders, and provide administrative support in both their personal and professional lives.
You will be an important asset to our team and will be involved in a variety of different challenges.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking on the management of diaries and organising the calendars of our founders.
- Handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
- Travel arrangements and preparing plans
- Producing and managing documents
- Doing various admin tasks
- Run errands in person
- Ad hoc tasks
Your experience:
- Good academic record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated and analytically minded
- Energetic approach and can-do attitude
- Team player approach
