Shareback is a high-energy early-stage start-up, moving fast to build a B2B software product that will revolutionise the future of project-based work. Recognising the disconnect between project teams and their clients in the contemporary remote working environment, we are working hard and fast to re-invent the way that project progress is shared and learnt from. With the end goal of delighting clients - by enabling delivery of more impactful work - the Shareback team are innovating to enable powerful human collaboration in modern B2B work.

With a need for speed, we are ‘building the rocket as it takes off’ - hustling for initial sales, whilst building the product in parallel. Our growing team of 7 currently consists of engineers, designers, strategists and Lauren, our founder, who is leading product and go-to-market sales. We are looking for someone to perform the role of a personal assistant and come in to the business for an initial shorter term trial period with a view to a longer term position if the role is a success.

We are an exciting, growing tech start-up that are looking for a genuine all-rounder to join our team and become part of our journey.

You’ll act as right-hand to our Founders, and provide administrative support in both their personal and professional lives.

You will be an important asset to our team and will be involved in a variety of different challenges.

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking on the management of diaries and organising the calendars of our founders.
  • Handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
  • Travel arrangements and preparing plans
  • Producing and managing documents
  • Doing various admin tasks
  • Run errands in person
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your experience:

  • Good academic record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientated and analytically minded
  • Energetic approach and can-do attitude
  • Team player approach
