We have a fantastic opportunity for two experienced analysts to join Friends of the Earth’s Organisational Insight team on permanent contracts. These Insight Analyst roles will allow you to use your analytical skills and experience to enhance the work that Friends of the Earth do to protect the natural world and the wellbeing of everyone in it.



Each analyst will be responsible for taking the lead on one of the following areas:




  • reporting – developing and maintaining PowerBI reports to monitor performance
  • insight – generating in-depth analysis and intelligence to inform decision making



Key Skills and Attributes:



We are looking for analysts with demonstrable experience of experience of:




  • designing, creating, and maintaining Power BI reports that allow users to easily assess performance; or
  • analysing data to create in-depth insight that informs decisions and generates value



You will also have experience of querying large databases and undertaking analysis to meet requirements. You will be able to deliver analysis in a clear and compelling way for non-technical audiences.

The team:



The Organisational Insight team analyses data to help maximise the income that Friends of the Earth brings in and maximise the impact that the organisation has. Our Insight Analysts provide leadership on data selections, reporting, and insight across the organisation.



Friends of the Earth is becoming an increasingly technology and data conscious organisation that looks to make values-driven decisions that are informed by data. We are currently involved in a project to replace our CRM and working to enhance how we use data to help continually improve our effectiveness as an organisation.

Hours: 35 hours (full-time)



Location:  Flexible across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland
