We’re looking for a People Partner to join our US People team and help make DICE a great place for our employees to work and grow.

About the role 

Reporting to the US Head of People, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end employee journey for all employees across the Operations function. From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll develop the employee experience in close partnership with the People, Talent, and DEI teams. You’ll use data to make well-informed decisions and develop strategies, and you’ll be as passionate about the DICE culture as you are about the work you do. 

You’ll be 


  • Working with business leaders, managers and employees acrossthe Operations function in the US to strategize and implement systems, processes andprograms to elevate our employee experience.
  • Partnering and advising leaders and managers on all things people-related, such as performance management and coaching, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Designing and implementing DICE HR policies, programs and benefits that are fit for scale, in collaboration with the global agenda for the People and DEI teams.
  • Collaborating with Legal to ensure DICE is compliant with all federal, state and local labor regulations, eg, wage regulations, equal employment opportunity laws, etc. 
  • Driving decisions through key metrics and KPIs to improve visibility on performance and productivity across the operational teams.

You’ll need 


  • Proven track record as a Senior HR professional, preferably with a mix of experience in rapid-growing technology companies and more established organizations. 
  • Experience working with recruitment teams and building teams through scale.
  • Experience implementing people programs, including employee relations, payroll, the compensation review process, and HR compliance. 
  • Proven ability to design clear people processes.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training, and business considerations.

During the pandemic, we learned that working from home can help us focus, but many of usmissed the buzz of the office. For our NY team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in theoffice (Mon–Wed) and two days work from anywhere (Thurs–Fri).
