ABOUT ENTREPRENEUR FIRST

At Entrepreneur First (“EF”), we believe that a small number of exceptional people will have an extraordinary impact by creating the technology companies which shape the future in ways we cannot yet imagine. We also believe that for many of these individuals, entrepreneurship is not an obvious or entirely legible career path.

We exist to identify, and amplify the impact of, these individuals. We do this via our unique approach to company creation, which sees us identify and work with outliers before they even know they’re outliers, right through to the day they prove it. We call this Talent Investing.

The companies built at EF are now worth over $10bn. They include Tractable (a computer vision unicorn), Cleo, Omnipresent, Aztec, Airbank, Transcelestial and many more. The portfolio is fast growing, with its companies having increased in value by more than 70% in the past year.

EF is funded and backed by some of the world's best tech founders and company builders, including Patrick and John Collison (Stripe); Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), Tom Blomfield (GoCardless and Monzo), Sara Clemens (Pandora and Twitch); Nat Friedman (GitHub); and Matt Mullenweg (Wordpress).

Having raised our Series C round of investment at the end of last year, we are well-capitalised out to 2026, and have ambitious plans to further scale our impact over the coming years.

THE ROLE

Entrepreneur First’s edge rests on building relationships with the world’s most exceptional talent. In this role you’ll map the lifecycle of that talent across offline and online touchpoints, combining deep customer empathy with a love of data to understand and optimise their journey, and provide insights to our global product and local talent teams. You’ll own the roadmap and delivery of key digital experiences, including the EF website, email marketing, and programme applications, partnering closely with brand and content marketers to keep EF’s brand well positioned and top of mind.

What You'll Do

Map and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints for key audiences, including early-career talent, programme candidates, and alumni.  Own EF’s website and application form, prioritising feature design and development, and managing an agency for updates and maintenance.   Become a power user of EF’s CRM, integrating talent and marketing workflows, and structuring customer data to enable rich insights. Implement measurement framework for digital properties that prioritises quality over quantity, and enables testing and optimising of key journeys.  Partner with the Head of Content to develop and test an email marketing strategy. Ensure adherence to data compliance, and security best practices for data governance, storage and processing. Own the marketing technology stack, staying informed on the latest tools to support dynamic, personalised customer experiences. Be a customer champion within the business, sharing insights, best practise and results across geographies and products.

This role is based in our London location, with flexibility for hybrid working and should start ASAP.
