We’ll help you become a master of some. We’re looking for a skilled multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail to join our growing Client Delivery Team at MindGym. If project management is on your career horizon, this could be an ideal launch pad for you.

The job

You’ll be organising and supporting the delivery of learning programmes for our portfolio of amazing clients. This is a fast-paced and creative environment where you will never be bored. You’ll take a deep dive into the world of MindGym and learn all about our disruptive form of behaviour change. Spoiler alert: it’s all based on science and the concept of bite-size learning.

Day to day, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end process of delivering a seamless client experience – from scheduling programmes, coordinating logistics, expertly facilitating client briefing calls, project managing the development of more discrete programme materials, right through to collating programme evaluation and insights to present back to our clients. You will independently manage the delivery of large-scale deployment projects and ad hoc events, as well as supporting on larger, more complex accounts.

Your role will be focused on programme execution, including:

  • partnering with our Shared Service Centre to provide all the necessary information required for them to coach source and deliver the end-to-end booking management process
  • scheduling and coordinating logistics for programme delivery
  • facilitating client briefing calls and preparing facilitators
  • project managing the development of low complexity programme deliverables (engagement materials, translations, versioning of standard products etc.), confidently leading and navigating project meetings
  • proactively updating internal and external stakeholders on the status of programme delivery, key milestones, risks, and revenue updates through project meetings and communications. anticipating their needs, and actively addressing issues
  • supporting project managers on more complex accounts with project tasks such as finance tracking, SBR preparation etc.
  • partners with clients to overcome participant engagement challenges across different product types to drive usage and sign up
  • post-delivery collation of participant feedback and facilitator insights, leading debrief calls to present insights and programme impact back to clients
  • continuous improvement of programme delivery – leveraging participant and facilitator feedback to adapt and evolve programme brief and delivery
  • spotting opportunities and adapting your approach to improve ways of working with clients, based on stakeholder preference, programme context and deliverables
