About the role Our Customer Onboarding Team provides the vital support schools and Multi-Academy Trusts need to transition smoothly to our SaaS platforms. As a Partner, you will guide new clients through the implementation process, managing everything from data coordination and system configuration to project deadlines. By ensuring a seamless setup, you help our customers gain the confidence they need to manage their people effectively from day one. We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Customer Onboarding Partner to join our Customer Onboarding team and help us ensure the smooth and successful onboarding of schools and multi-academy trusts to our Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms. The remit and focus of the role is to manage project timelines, coordinate system builds, training coordination, and maintain strong customer relationships. It's a broad and exciting role, so we're looking for someone up for a challenge - if you're a customer-centric and collaborative person, this is the role for you.
Requirements Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using SaaS platforms and related technologies.
