Role Summary:
- Identify and engage with potential and existing investors for the Trust.
- Work in tandem with the Head of Investor Engagement and Schroders to refine the investor engagement strategy.
- Devise and implement personalized plans to maintain and strengthen investor relationships.
- Lead the management of these relationships, ensuring a robust investor network.
Role Requirements:
- Proven ability to independently build and maintain investor relationships.
- Solid understanding of private market investments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills.
- A genuine interest in impact investing and social sectors, whether from personal or professional experience.

The role - As an Investor Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the trust in relation to identifying, qualifying, and meeting investors as well as managing investor relationships. You will be working closely with the Head of Investor Engagement and Schroders, managing the development of the trust’s investor engagement strategy, creating individual plans to engage both existing and prospective investors of the Trust and lead on the ongoing management of these investor relationships.
Job requirements - We are looking for a self-starter with a strong track record in investor relationship building, good understanding of private market investments, strong written and verbal communications skills, and proven project management capability. Interest in impact investing and/or social sector either in a personal or professional capacity is essential.
Benefits - We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 – £60,000. We also provide a healthy work-life balance by allowing employees to spend 40% - 60% of their working hours in the office, and the remainder from home.
