Role Summary

The role of the Ecommerce Performance Intern involves working closely with both our Email Marketing and Paid Media teams to support their daily operations and drive successful campaigns. This includes assisting in the creation and execution of newsletter campaigns, creating engaging content and copywriting for email marketing communications, monitoring and reporting on email campaign performance, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
You will also help create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract and engage target audiences, track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, and offer data-driven insights. Additionally, you will assist with day-to-day functions to ensure smooth operation of the email marketing and paid media teams, coordinate and collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Job requirements include a willingness to learn new skills and email tools, such as Google Analytics and Listrak, strong Microsoft Office skills, an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, and excellent written and spoken English skills. French, German, and Dutch language skills are considered a plus. You must be based in Amsterdam or able to commute to Amsterdam 2 days a week (no relocation), and available from August/September 2025. For the duration of the internship, you must be enrolled in a Marketing/ Business related study with an accredited college/University.
Benefits include a 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week), starting in September 2025, 2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours, 2 free pairs of TOMS shoes, hybrid working with 2 days at the EMEA office after initial onboarding, and an internship allowance confirm market conditions. You will also have the opportunity to work in an ambitious and international working environment at our EMEA office in Amsterdam.
