Role Summary
- Lead design and digital brand delivery across Foundervine’s programmes and ventures.
- Responsible for the look, feel, and functionality of the design output, including branded materials, video content, websites, and business development assets.
- Primarily (70%) involved with various design activities, including web and video.
Role Requirements
- Excellent skills in brand management, graphic or visual design with 3-5 years of experience.
- Degree in a related field (Marketing, Brand Management, Graphic Design, Visual Communication) would be a plus.
- Experience working with multinational teams, international agencies, or cross-border projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Rush.

The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Brand & Digital Design Associate Manager to lead on design and digital brand delivery across Foundervine’s programmes and ventures. With a 70/30 focus on design (including web and video) and marketing support, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the intersection of brand, digital, and strategy. You’ll own the look, feel, and functionality of our design output, from branded materials and websites to video content and business development assets.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Desirable). 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, graphic, or visual design. Demonstrated success in building, positioning, and evolving a brand across multiple channels Experience working in or with multinational teams, international agencies, or cross-border projects is highly desirable. Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Rush.
