Role Summary
- Join as a driven Marketing Manager
- Work both strategically and hands-on to execute marketing campaigns

Role Requirements
- 3–5 years’ marketing experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication Design, Business Administration or a similar field
- Ability to lead and develop teams, mentor junior staff and manage performance
- Experience creating successful marketing campaigns spanning multiple regions/international markets

The Role We’re looking for a driven and proactive Marketing Manager to join the Foundervine team. This is a key role for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — someone who can take ownership of marketing campaigns from start to finish, while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and impact. You'll lead the execution of campaigns that promote our programmes and events, support recruitment targets, and drive brand visibility.
Job Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication Design, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, including mentoring junior staff and managing performance. Proven experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that span multiple regions or international markets.
