As the Performance Marketing Manager at Hunter & Gather, you will lead our digital advertising initiatives to drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will own the management and optimisation of paid social and search campaigns, using data-driven insights to shape strategy and maximise performance. Your responsibilities include planning, briefing, and executing creative testing strategies to deliver high-impact ads that resonate with our audience. By combining your creative vision with technical expertise, you’ll help expand our customer base and contribute to a mission-driven brand dedicated to improving global health and wellbeing.

Key roles and responsibilities include crafting and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns across various platforms, analysing and optimising campaign performance, briefing creative teams to develop compelling ads, and managing advertising budgets to maximise ROI. You will also be expected to stay current with industry trends, platform updates and emerging tactics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within fast-paced startups or performance-driven environments, and a strong understanding of key business metrics such as MER, ROAS, LTV and LTV:CAC. Expertise in paid social (especially Meta ecosystem) and SEM (Google Ads), with emphasis on paid social, is essential. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Shopify is also required.
