The role: You will report to the Director of Product and work hand-in-hand with the Lead Product Manager for our customer-facing applications (SBK & Smarkets), acting as their operational backbone. This is an office-based role in London, five days a week. Your mission is to accelerate product delivery and user insight by: supporting the Lead PM across discovery, prioritisation and delivery, owning the QA and release process for every product and platform, and leading the user-research programme that keeps our roadmap laser-focused on customer value.
Job requirements: Tech-savvy: instinctively explores new apps and can articulate what makes them delightful (or frustrating). Analytical, first-principles thinker: comfortable slicing data, but equally able to zoom out to the user journey. High EQ & communicator: adapts style for engineers, designers, traders and executives. Trend spotter: keeps up with product, sports-tech and fintech news. Nice-to-have: exposure to sports trading products, mobile gaming, brokerage or any highly regulated consumer product.
