The Role While we’re not expecting you to do it all yourself, we are looking for someone who can take initiative, operate independently, and help build the foundations of our US presence. We’re seeking someone with the capabilities, mindset, and ambition to grow into a future Country Manager. This is a high-trajectory role that offers the opportunity to shape the vision and long-term delivery of our US operations, laying the groundwork for sustainable growth and regional impact.
Job Requirements We’re looking for someone with significant project management experience, who has independently managed programmes or operations within a country — including setting up processes, reporting to leadership in another region, and overseeing local delivery. If you bring exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills, this could be the perfect next step in your journey.
