Role Summary
- Provide execution support for the Market Access Director.
- Coordinate team-wide communications and drive special projects.

- Manage routine activities within the Market Access team – including OKRs design, KPIs reporting.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in strategy or management consulting.
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High fluency in English and a propensity for innovation.
- A Bachelor's degree and experience in managing complex spreadsheets.

The Role As the Chief of Staff (CoS) you will provide execution support to the Market Access Director, coordinate of team-wide communications and propel special projects. This role is based in Nairobi, Kenya and is fully remote with some field travel required.
Responsibilities You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies and deliver special projects that align with the overall business objectives of Tupande, and improve operational efficiency. You will manage routine activities within the Market Access team such as OKRs design and tracking, KPI reporting, providing regular reports and updates to senior management on operations.
Job requirements 5+ years of working experience with 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience. A background in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization, and a propensity for innovation. Experience working in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment. Experience building and maintaining simple to complex spreadsheets (can perform complex functions). High fluency and experience engaging directly with senior internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement for this role. Fluency in English with an ability to work in rural environments.
