Role Summary
- Assisting the Head of Travel Design in managing the sales team.

Role Requirements
- Proven experience as a team leader or manager.
- Extensive experience in travel sales or luxury sales environments.
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and monitor performance through CRM.
- Analytical skills for understanding numbers, booking trends, and sales metrics.
- Adaptable, self-aware, with a growth mindset and customer service orientation.
- Tour Operator experience is a must-have.

The role - Sales Team Manager We are in search of a service-led, dynamic sales manager to assist the Head of Travel Design in steering the expansion of the Travel Design team through the company’s next stage of growth and beyond. This role is dedicated solely to sales performance and reporting directly to the Head of Travel Design. The ideal candidate will be one with a track record of creating and nurturing a safe and inclusive environment and developing team members' individual skills and enabling them to perform at their best.
Job requirements An experienced team leader or manager (essential) Has extensive experience in a travel sales or luxury sales environment Exceptional communicator both written and verbal Experienced in working to targets and monitoring performance through CRM An analytical head for numbers, booking trends and sales metrics Loves to be in the detail while considering the bigger picture Dynamic and adaptable to change while not losing targeted focus Self-aware and approaches each day with a growth mindset Able to actively listen and demonstrate empathy and self-awareness Experience in client-facing service-oriented roles Service is driven while always considering a positive Impact Positive and approachable inviting feedback and input from others You'll have Tour Operator experience.
