Contract Type: Full Time & Fixed Term (10 Months)

Accountable to: UK Partnerships Manager

Location: Flexible but some time in the Central London office required monthly.

THE JOB: Overview

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, the Senior Partnership Executive will be responsible for helping to manage sponsorships and commercial partnerships across the Tough Mudder and Spartan portfolio.

 The Work

● Service commercial partners to ensure the successful execution of all rights and deliverables for key accounts

● Work closely with the Operations & Marketing teams to ensure sponsor rights are delivered

● Develop the on-site sponsor activations and work closely with our in-house experiential agency - Everest - to deliver the right experience

● Provide support to Partnerships Team in developing pipeline of commercial opportunities, including outreach, proposal development and presentation

● Represent the brand and provide outstanding service to our clients at the events when required

● Maintain records for post-event recaps, information packs and other KPIs to share with partners

● Provide administrative support to the Partnerships Manager in developing processes and communications to partners and to track financial and invoicing and social and digital engagement

● Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to think and react to situations confidently

● Strong partnership and relationship building skills

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects

● Exemplary self-discipline, professionalism, pride and character

● Detail oriented

The Experience

● Previous experience of sales and account servicing required

● Experience at a marketing / sponsorship or events agency an advantage

● Understanding and appreciation of our brand and products

● Bachelor’s degree preferred

● Strong written, oral and presentation skills

● Willingness to travel to 10+ events and be happy to work at weekends and unsociable hours.

● Role based in London - office located in the Vauxhall region of South London 5 minutes’ walkfrom Vauxhall station
