Role Summary:
- Ensuring the Salesforce platform meets organisational needs and helps drive business transformation
- Leading data reporting, monitoring and enhancing data accuracy efforts across Wellcome’s funding portfolio
- Developing a robust system architecture in collaboration with the technical lead
- Configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications with a focus on grant funding features
- Managing user accounts, security settings, and collaborating on custom solutions to enhance system functionality
Role Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Demonstrated data management and reporting skills
- Experience in project management, preferably Agile methodology
- Experience in providing training and writing user guidance in plain English

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce System Administrator to join our Funding Operations and Governance team in Research Funding on a permanent position. This pivotal role will ensure the platform meets organisational needs, enables business transformation, and leads efforts in data reporting, monitoring, and enhancing data accuracy across Wellcome’s funding portfolio.
As a Senior Salesforce System Administrator, you will develop a robust system architecture with the technical lead for reliable data models and reporting and configure and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on grant funding functionality, manage user accounts and security settings, customise objects, and collaborate on custom solutions and integrations to improve system functionality.
This role is integral to the ongoing maintenance and development of our Salesforce infrastructure, and we seek a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about contributing to Wellcome's vision and strategic objectives. It’s a varied role which will allow you to work across several departments and different functional areas at Wellcome.
Minimum Criteria: Salesforce Administrator certification. Proven data management and reporting experience. Project management, including Agile methodology. Experience in delivering training and writing guidance in plain English and training stakeholders to use reporting tools and comprehend data.
