Organisation summary We’re Fair Shot - A social enterprise cafe and registered UK charity (no. 1190582) located in the heart of London. We aim to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism through coffee beans.
Role Summary
- Trustees with expertise in fundraising, financial oversight, and marketing to shape impact and strategy.
- Ambassadors to help raise awareness and amplify our mission.
- Patrons to generate funding opportunities and employment pathways.
- Members and Supporters to grow our community.
Role Requirements
- Expertise in fundraising/philanthropy, financial oversight, and marketing for trustees.
- Well-connected individuals for ambassadors.
- Engagement from individuals in PR/media for patrons.
2025 was an incredibly exciting year for us at Fair Shot! And now in 2026, we’re building towards our next 2-year strategy which will massively widen our scope for impact. Our goal is to directly support 60 young adults with learning disabilities into paid employment every 5 years, and to support a further 500+ through training, education and consultancy. To make this happen, we’re looking for people to join us on the journey! We’re currently looking for: Trustees (Voluntary Board Roles) With expertise in the following. These roles will help shape our impact, strategy, strengthen sustainability, and open up new income and partnership opportunities. - Fundraising / philanthropy - Treasurer (financial oversight, hybrid charity/commercial model) - Marketing, brand, and communications
