We create campaigns people can’t look away from, for brands that want to fix the future.

We’ve tackled youth obesity, taken our own blood and promoted trans rights. We’ve cast our vulvas and worked with drag queens to support LGBTQI refugees. We've created plant-based heroes, campaigned for better tax systems on food and promoted gender equity in finance. We've championed transparent supply chains & fought against greenwashing.

...and we are nowhere near done.

Catch has been built on purpose, with three founding principles which shape our approach to this day.

    It stays true to its mission to work with brands and people that have a positive impact on the world, and consistently prioritises being kind to people and planet.

    🏖 Flexibility
    Flexibility is genuinely embedded into the culture and not purely touted for optics - which brings out the best in the team, who feel safe to prioritise their own lives alongside work.

    👭 Inclusivity
    Inclusivity is a key priority for the business, and that became apparent to me from the very first day I started working at Catch. It's also hugely important to each individual member of the team on a personal level, we're all mindful of being as inclusive as possible, and discuss it regularly, not only in our interactions with each other, but in our campaign ideas.

    Overall

    Catch's approach to running a business with flexibility and inclusivity at its core has been refreshing, to say the least. Not only do I feel safe & supported in the working environment, but I also feel like I can bring my whole self to work, there's no need to pretend. Which saves up a lot of energy to focus on the meaningful work we do, and has helped to bring out the best in me.

    🏖 Flexibility
    Catch are super flexible with how they let their employees work, whether thats starting at 7am and finishing at 3 or splitting days across the week they will support you however you choose to work.
