People have an amazing combination of being incredibly smart with incredibly nice. The atmosphere is great, relaxed but also highly stimulating. Perfect for a scientist :)
📣 Mission & Purpose
We doing something that matters using science. Striking a balance between being a business and actually contributing to a better world is difficult, but I feel everyone here is aiming for this...and people listen whenever any individual calls out for an issue on this. Our freemium model can have a real impact on making the world more climate resilient, and not just those that can afford very expensive consultancy. There is plenty of openness to contribute to open source development and scientific publications
📖 Opportunities to learn
The way the teams are structure are perfect for knowledge sharing and learning. There is also a lot of support to external learning - 10% time available and financial support too.
