Careers at Flex Legal

Flex Legal is an award-winning online platform, connecting top legal teams with the best interim talent in the industry. Founded in 2016 by James, a software engineer, and Mary, a property litigator, Flex was born with a simple idea to connect busy law firms and in-house counsel with law graduates. Fast forward five years... and today we support hundreds of clients to embrace the benefits of flexible resourcing, with over 6,000 lawyers and paralegals on our platform. Our candidates come from a range of backgrounds, so we are equipped to meet any type of client request - no matter how big or small!

We have also recently launched a brand new solicitor apprenticeship scheme - Flex Trainee, which takes deserving candidates from social mobility backgrounds and guides them through their SQE qualification by seconding them into seats with Flex clients. The scheme has been created to give bright and capable students from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to have a career in law.
