About us

We're absolutely determined to be the very best at what we do; the best people, the best equipment, the best locations, the best training. Always learning, always improving.

We're a Dorset-based company and very happy about it; we have one of the world's great natural

adventure playgrounds on our doorstep. The best coasteering, climbing, sea

Why are we exciting?

Land & Wave was born 9 years ago with an initial investment

of £600. Every year since has seen exponential growth and we're now a market leader.

We specialise in authentic adventure that immerses our clients in a stunning landscape. We're all about people. We want to make adventure accessible for everyone. We want our instructors to feel fulfilled and valued, in what has traditionally been an undervalued career.

Our staff are among the best in the industry; a community that works and plays together in equal measure, supporting each other, looking out for each other and striving to make everyone happy, all of the time.
