At Kite, we combine a curated range, with large sample boards (to help people visualise their flooring), and straight-forward advice to give people a vastly improved buying experience.

It seems to be a winning formula - in their first year of trading they turned over £1.5m, with this year set to be even more successful. They're also a fully remote team, have a flat hierarchy and offer a four-day week.
