We have a small multidisciplinary team where everyone brings a great deal of experience in their field, and we have a lot of mutual respect for each others abilities & perspectives. We are ambitious and get a lot done but also have fun.

Social Supermarket's mission is to enable fundamental societal change by connecting conscious buyers and innovative Social Enterprise brands. The better we do our job, the more society and the environment benefit, which I find incredibly motivating.
🥰 Employee recognition
We have time set aside in our team meetings to recognise things that have gone well and highlight good work people have done at the start of our team meetings.
We have a poker chip system, where people can award each other a poker chip when they demonstrate one of our values, then we have a meeting quarterly to recognise where people have received poker chips.
