👭 Inclusivity
Even though the company has doubled in size since I joined in 2019, The Smarty Train has kept a very inclusive environment where contributions and ideas can be shared openly and are heard. I also love how diverse our team is.
📖 Opportunities to learn
So much to learn here! Working on large, often quite complex projects means there is no dull moment (no matter which position you are in). At the same time, I've never felt alone and can always count on my team - there is a shared sense of responsibility for both the challenges and the successes!

The people here are absolutely amazing: Different generations, from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and experiences. I've learned so much from each and every Smarty over the past years. And it's worth saying that we have a very family-friendly and pet-friendly work environment :)
