The CIC provides free access for young people. Young people in particular have a mistrust of public sector support organisations and local authorities and are mostly not in a position to pay for tailored support. Our organisations helps harder to reach sections of society - as examples young black people ,those from ethnic minorities tend to avoid services that do not fully understand cultural and community complexities . My team and I are highly qualified and accredited in supporting youth offenders, those with SEN,to help them develop self belief, skills and better prospects for employment, self employment and volunteering in the local community. This helps reduce anti-social behaviour, crime and absenteeism which contributes to more motivated and engaged young people.
