Well-paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave regardless of your gender, you can take up to 3 months of fully paid leave. You're eligible for this if you join more than 13 weeks before your expected date of childbirth or adoption.
Each year we organise an all included staff roadtrip at the end of the season.
After your first year of employment permanent staff are able to take up to two volunteering days per year.
All TYF permanent staff are eligible for up to two additional days of annual leave if they do not fly during the year.
