Business Intelligence Manager

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Design and deliver bespoke Looker dashboards reflective of commercial, operational and financial metrics to C-suite. Continually analyse business performance metrics, providing regular updates in weekly/monthly revenue meetings
• Manage BI analyst (s), empowering them to produce work of a high quality and delivering projects of high value
• Implement best data governance practices
• Design BI processes and policies, driving consistency in everything that we do
• Work with Data Engineers to build and maintain our BI stack (data warehousing, ETL, Analytics), ensuring we are utilising the right tools to deliver high quality data and analytics
• Ensure we maintain necessary data quality and structure coming from Zeelo’s CRM (Hubspot)

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Substantial knowledge of BI tools (Looker desirable), data architecture and ETL platforms
• Experience of working with CRMs, Hubspot experience preferred
• Knowledge of relational and dimensional data modelling
• Advanced SQL
• At least 5 years experience of using data visualisation for enterprise reporting, Looker experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing/coaching/mentoring
• Motivated by impact and ensuring your work generates real commercial outcomes 
• Able to connect the dots between business goals, technology/data capability and stakeholder needs 
• A team player who enjoys working with others to solve big, key problems; communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
