What's the job?
We are looking for an experienced Netsuite Administrator to join our team and help Papier achieve our mission to inspire people to connect with each other more often and in more meaningful ways. Day to day you will be working to support and automate processes as the company continues its growth to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. We're looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and versatile system administrator, experienced with NetSuite financials, inventory management and website integrations.
What will you do?
- Ongoing administration of the system, taking responsibility for user and role maintenance, system configuration and upgrades.
- Daily monitoring of integration with Papier’s custom-built website and troubleshooting issues. Liaising with the Engineering function and Netsuite partner to resolve issues.
- Working directly with Finance to maintain data integrity (supporting with QA as required).
- Owning the relationship with Netsuite in addition to our Netsuite partner and consultant.
- Design and delivery of system enhancements with our core group of key users in line with the project roadmap. Examples may include:
- Enhancements to accommodate new product lines
- Identifying ways to make processes more efficient
- Creating insightful reporting/analysis
- Key contributor for larger projects that enable Papier to scale, specifically future integrations with 3PLs and Wholesale platforms. Be able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business including Tech, Project Delivery, Finance, Operations, BI and Buying & Merchandising.
- Designated Netsuite expert - be the ‘go-to person’ for Netsuite-related questions and support. Be able to translate technical concepts to non-experts across the business, including senior management
- Train and develop users within the team and create supporting documentation
- Keeping up to date with new features and functionality that may benefit users
Requirements
Some of the things we are looking for are:
- Right to work in the UK
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a NetSuite system administrator, ideally holding a NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Prior experience working in the Retail/eCommerce industry
- Experience working for businesses with high transaction volumes that make use of manufacturing functionality with Netsuite, specifically BOMs, work orders and assembly builds
- A strong understanding of accountancy and supply chain principles and an ability to collaborate seamlessly with financial and operations functions
- An inquisitive mindset, a desire to solve problems and a solution-focussed approach
- An appetite to become more involved in other systems in use at Papier and become more involved in general system administration
