For the last 10 years, we’ve helped brands navigate and harness the chaos of social bringing method to the madness. From household names like Guinness, Dettol, and Uber to the next generation of big brands like Nando's and Fever-Tree.
We're an ambitious team of almost 100 people across the UK, Spain, France, Portugal & Germany, and not stopping there. We're now looking for a Paris-based Social Media Manager to join the team to work on our Uber and Uber Eats account.
You'll bring the French market strategy to life for this client by building community routed in local market knowledge and insights.You will work closely with a regional Creative and EMEA account team to deliver and schedule a monthly content plan across the Uber and Uber Eats Instagram and Twitter pages, and local activations.
The role will be hybrid-remote, you'll need to live in a commutable distance to central Paris so you can spend 2-3 days a week with the client at their amazing office.

What you'll be doing:
- Copywriting: acting as the voice across the brand's local channels, translating the brand personality and tone and voice into social-first copy across community responses and captions
- Community Management: owning the local market strategy for getting into culture through building with community
- Content ideation and platform strategy: working with our core EMEA Creative Strategy and regional Creative to come up with ideas for best-in-class, social-first creative
- Reactivity: seeking out opportunities to be reactive to conversations that the brand should be part of, through regular monitoring of the platforms and trends and suggesting creative ideas for how to respond
- Influencer Management: briefing, communicating, and negotiating with influencers for relevant campaigns and activations
- Reporting: responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on the success of our output, contextualising data, and dissecting performance.
- Briefing & Scheduling: using the insights from the monthly performance and culture reports to brief the Creative team on producing content and scheduling content on social channels
- Project Management: working closely with the client team to ensure all of the work is delivered seamlessly and to a high standard
- Client Services: developing a strong working relationship with the client team to ensure that the social strategy and output is adding value to their business
Who we're looking for:
- You're a French (and English) speaker with brilliant knowledge of the French culture, trends, and how to entertain an audience on social
- You're experienced in writing social-first copy, and have a good eye for creative design
- You have a passion for food culture, in addition to an interest in football
- You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves, and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential
- Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection
- You are agile and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining rigour and excellence in your work
- You have experience in project management: being able to manage multiple deliverables and keeping to deadlines
- Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there
- You'll have 3-4 years of experience working with social media (agency-side preferable)
