We are looking for a Business Process Analyst Lead who will play a key role in identifying and analysing inefficiencies in business processes and designing and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.


  • As a Business Process Analyst Lead, you will have an advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
  • You should have extensive experience in Process Improvement and Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You should be comfortable with communicating insights to senior management and across the organisation
  • Provide technical support to other teams within the organisation as required
  • Be a team player, leading the upliftment of our overall Business Process Engineering function and supporting junior team members

What you will be doing

  • Documenting existing business processes and identify where process improvements can be made
  • Gathering and analysing data to understand current processes and identify bottlenecks
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
  • Designing and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Communicating process changes to relevant parties and providing training as needed
  • Continuously monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes
  • Using process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN
  • Using engineering tools like simulation and statistical analysis
  • Be accountable for establishing documentation standards of business processes across the organisation to ensure that the documentation is useful and usable across the organisation
