We are looking for a Business Process Analyst Lead who will play a key role in identifying and analysing inefficiencies in business processes and designing and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- As a Business Process Analyst Lead, you will have an advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
- You should have extensive experience in Process Improvement and Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You should be comfortable with communicating insights to senior management and across the organisation
- Provide technical support to other teams within the organisation as required
- Be a team player, leading the upliftment of our overall Business Process Engineering function and supporting junior team members
What you will be doing
- Documenting existing business processes and identify where process improvements can be made
- Gathering and analysing data to understand current processes and identify bottlenecks
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
- Designing and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency
- Communicating process changes to relevant parties and providing training as needed
- Continuously monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Using process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN
- Using engineering tools like simulation and statistical analysis
- Be accountable for establishing documentation standards of business processes across the organisation to ensure that the documentation is useful and usable across the organisation
