Over the past several years, Code First Girls (CFG) has become the largest provider of free coding courses for women and non-binary individuals. Having trained 90,000+ women in technology education means that we have taught over three times as many women to code than the entire UK university undergraduate system! Our mission is to give more women the opportunity to learn new skills and pursue great careers in tech with our company partners.
Location: CFG offer family friendly, flexible working arrangements & operates between remote working and a London based office.
About you
You demonstrate values that support our core mission to give women the fair advantage in the technology industry. You are a commercially savvy self-starter who has the ability to build new revenue streams and grow existing relationships. You have a proven track record of building and closing high value B2B clients. You have the ability to consult with senior leaders and craft solutions that deliver exceptional results. You have strong work ethics, are able to work in a fast paced start-up environment and enjoy high growth businesses. You are entrepreneurial, bold and have the ability to see the big picture. There will be the freedom to bring your experience and expertise to the role and as the company grows there will be significant progression opportunities.
About the role
CFG has built an impressive list of 100+ clients including NatWest, Bank of America, Nike, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, GCHQ, The Cabinet Office, Rolls Royce, BT, Selfridges and Tesco Bank, and is seeking to build upon this commercial success. The team has seen an unprecedented level of demand for the new product portfolio and is growing rapidly. We are looking for someone that can create impactful client solutions and relationships. This is a land-and-expand position so you will build new client relationships and nurture existing accounts. You will deliver fantastic client-facing presentations to senior stakeholders, and recommend creative ways to help companies engage with our community.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 3-5 years’ experience closing and growing SME to enterprise clients
- A true passion to work in education and technology
- Experience of working with senior buyers in Technology, HR, L&D or Early Careers
- 2:1 Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Nice to haves
- Experience of selling SaaS solutions, education or recruitment products
- Experience of selling technology/coding related products
- Experience of HubSpot and forecasting
