Bundant

Founder's Associate to the CEO

Build the future of home with us using IOT technology

đź‘‹ Hey, We're Bundant

We are inventing the world’s first smart household container devices that auto-reorders products before you run out.

You've got enough to do, so Bundant takes care monitoring all your household essentials, starting with laundry and cleaning supplies. We are looking for a talented Founder’s Associate to join our team. If you are entrepreneurial, can create hype about a new consumer product and love the startup world, then we’d love to talk to you. Our ideal candidate is able to think outside the box, take ownership of key aspects of the business and play a key role in our growing startup.

:rocket:What does a Founder’s Associate do?

The Founder's Associate role is a unique opportunity to experience what it really takes to build a business from its early days. Working directly with our founder and CEO, Ike Cooke and our CTO, Pedro Juan, you will be involved in:

  • Sales & Marketing: Coordinating Bundant’s marketing efforts across social media, PR, email, website and community activation to generate hype for Bundant.
  • Partnerships: Identifying new partners and investors, helping to develop pitches and nurturing relationships with these partners and investors alongside the CEO
  • Operations & Production: Liaising with suppliers and contractors to create a beautifully seamless product experience for Bundanteers as well as helping to source, vet and onboard suppliers and manufacturers
  • Customer Success: Designing a world-class end-to-end customer experience such as ensuring we have the right FAQs to preempt questions before they arise, being available to resolve customer queries and monitoring our reviews to flag areas of improvement
  • Growth & Scaling: Identifying creative, low-cost strategies that allow Bundant to acquire and retain customers at scale
  • Internal Operations: Setting up internal company processes and helping to shape the culture for future Bundmates

🎯 Requirements

  • Interest in smart home, IOT or home organisation
  • Experience in one or more of the 6 key areas of responsibility outlined above
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience such as working in a startup or in own business
  • Light-speed learner. Everyday our company will grow and evolve, and so will your role.
  • Able to take ownership of important areas but confident enough to reach out for help from other team members when needed
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work across different verticals (a typical day may start with meetings with a VC in Europe and finish with a phone call to an Interior Designer in Huddersfield)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Organisation is paramount ...and so are your prioritisation skills
  • Creative pragmatism. Ideas are great, but only if they can be executed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 🤔What’s in it for you:

  • Salary of ÂŁ28 - 30k, depending on experience
  • Equity options so you can reap the rewards of your hard work too!
  • The chance to build a high-growth startup from the early stage
  • Opportunity to work directly and learn from an experienced Founder & CTO to shape all aspects of a high-growth startup
  • Fully remote working because we care about output not hours. Our CEO works in Liverpool and our CTO in London
  • Become part of the Founder's Factory entrepreneurial ecosystem & build relationships with industry leaders for life

Who else is on the team?

Bundant is backed by Founders Factory and led by Ike Cooke. Ike has experience in design, entrepreneurship and finance and is passionate about home organisation. On the team, we also have Pedro Juan, a skilled CTO and software engineer with expertise in embedded systems and scaling startups.
