We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead our virtual and office based sales agents to achieve exceptional results and drive growth in the UK market.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and positive Regional Sales Manager to oversee a division of the sales team in delivering an exceptional sales performance for our clients in the UK. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of UK-based agents to deliver and exceed revenue budgets and targets in excess of £15m. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth hand-off to our post-booking Concierge team to ensure the highest standards of service are provided throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of virtual and office-based sales agents to achieve sales targets, managing a high standard of sales performance to optimise conversion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth in your assigned region.
  • Liaise with Senior Management to ensure that preferred suppliers are prioritised by the sales team.
  • Maintain staffing levels and performance to maximise agents' potential and growth within the company. This will include recruitment, training, mentoring, KPI setting, regular reviews, and development meetings.
  • Achieve consistently exceptional results with a high focus on delivering high repeat rates and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure excellent management of the team’s bookings from initial enquiry to a seamless hand off to the post-booking teams.
  • Assist Senior Sales Management to make changes in working practices to aid continuous improvements in sales and service for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a regional manager in a digital travel or luxury travel business.
  • Experience managing a remote / virtual sales team.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
