You will be an integral part of our Corporate Client team, who manage the relationships with our corporate clients featuring over half of the FTSE 100 and well-known international brands, advising them on their strategic giving programmes.

As our Senior Corporate Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategy: To assist the Head of Corporate Clients at a strategic and operational level to devise and achieve the financial, sales, key account management and activity targets set for the Corporate Client team
- Client Management: To manage the corporate giving programmes of a designated client portfolio, maintaining and growing donations and fees across the corporate giving product suite (including Give As You Earn (payroll giving), corporate giving and foundations, and advisory)
- Business Development: To drive new opportunities and growth from existing portfolio and identifying and targeting new opportunities in the sector. To work with Corporate Client team and associated divisions areas to operationalise corporate giving opportunities such as international giving programmes and new lines of corporate budget for giving
Line Management: To manage and support members of the team to reach their objectives and KPIs, develop business opportunities from new and existing clients, and encourage personal development. To contribute to a strong senior management team and developing leadership culture within the Corporate Client team, and the broader Philanthropy Services division
Skills required of our Senior Corporate Advisor:
- Excellent knowledge and ability of formulating and delivering business development/account management strategies/plans
- Commercial proposition and negotiations
- Stakeholder engagement
- Operational capability and know-how
- Ability to direct and lead large teams in meeting business targets
- Ability to analyse reports and identify opportunities and trends
- Demonstrate ability to successfully negotiate and influence at a senior level

- Ability to display working understanding of financial industry and regulatory requirements
