And that’s why we are looking for a Procurement Intern! 

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Ensure that Procurement-related Master Data are properly maintained in the ERP (updated purchasing conditions, purchase prices, etc).

• Collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, Planning & Finance Team for new products implementation to ensure purchasing conditions are gathered.

• Support in contacting suppliers to ensure ingredients information is up to date.

• Contribute with the Procurement team during the deployment of a new ERP system.

• Participate in the definition and documentation of Procurement processes.

• Support in other administrative tasks to help the Operations team.

YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Be eligible for an internship agreement with your university.

• A Caring attitude towards our mission and see it as a “personal” problem to be solved professionally.

• Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.

• Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.

• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

• An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.

• Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
