The Role - Onboarding & Integration Lead
The role includes all the normal, onboarding, implementation and integration stuff, such as project management, great comms, stakeholder and risk management. It also involves working closely with our Product Support, Client Success and Science teams. Here are a few of the things that will help you figure out if this is the right role for you:

This role will take ownership of our Onboarding & Integration projects. From our first moment of contact with prospective or realised clients, we want to offer them a best in class customer experience - in particular, we want to ensure that their journey from prospect through to an active client on the Unmind platform is as seamless and smooth for them as possible.
In this role, you will:
- Be the accountable person for the overall management and success of Integration & Onboarding projects.
- Build great relationships with our clients.
- Become an expert in the Unmind platform and provide technical support to all teams throughout the onboarding journey.
- Be responsible for defining & sequencing requirements and outputting these as clear and accurate project plans with actionable tasks.
- Create a shared understanding and transparency across all teams involved and, mostly importantly, for the client.
- Create and maintain shared documentation and ensure cross-team coordination sessions are planned in and stakeholders are updated
Skills and Experience
We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for the role.
We're looking for people who are:
- Passionate about working in a dynamic environment with rapid growth.
- Excellent consulting and relationship skills
- Strong experience in end to end delivery of technology products using Agile Methodologies and frameworks.
- Mapping Roles & Responsibilities, Risks and Dependencies.
- Comfortable working at both a highly detailed and strategic level with great interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management, a person who people go to, to help solve problems.
- Find new concepts easy to understand, and show the resourcefulness to keep asking until clarity is achieved.
- Know your strengths, yet recognise there’s always more to learn from others.
- Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
