The Role
You’ll have end-to-end ownership of our efforts to drive acquisition online. We are looking for someone who can match our passion for enhancing the growth of small businesses with expertise around digital marketing and customer acquisition.
You’ll be a key stakeholder in broader business growth initiatives as we seek to drive global awareness of our brand. The role will cover both the US and UK markets and you’ll have the chance to drive the strategic direction for online acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Take over and optimise strategy and execution of PPC
- Pilot and prove out social media channels and other online strategies
- Own Conversion Rate Optimization marketing strategy (working with our product and dev team and third parties as required)
- Plan and perform A/B testing using platforms such as Optimizely, VWO and others, to deliver enhancements to conversion rates, ROI and channel growth
- Managing agency strategy, for example commissioning landing pages, online campaigns, etc.
- Driving analytical rigour, ensuring we’re optimized for attracting great customers at a fair price (LTV, ROI), reporting on the results, and allocating your resources accordingly
What we are looking for
- Strong marketing experience with a deep understanding of PPC, including hands-on experience setting up, running and analysing campaigns across a range of channels.
- Knowledge and experience of Conversion Rate Optimization
- Strong analytical skills - ability to make data driven marketing decisions based on the performance of individual channels / campaigns
- Highly energetic and motivated with a “can do” attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
