We’re looking for a teammate (of any gender identity) to join us in a new role as Talent Resourcing Manager.
Location: Code First Girls offer family friendly, flexible working arrangements. This role is hybrid; working each week between our office in Liverpool Street, London and remotely.
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 + bonus + fully-funded place on the Code First Girls CFGdegree (market value £10,000).

About the role
The Resourcing Manager will be responsible for screening and sifting candidates to be interviewed and offered roles by our company partners, the job offer will include free tech education from Code First Girls. This role is new and is required due to expansion of our products.
The Resourcing Manager will have experience in recruitment and will be focused on finding candidates to match client requirements to ensure success rates. This is a great role for someone who has worked in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition to play a part in changing the face of tech teams across the UK and globally. A passion for our mission and strong communication skills are essential to ensure candidates and clients have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Client Success team to capture candidate requirements and deliver updates on current recruitment activity to ensure smooth communication with clients
- Build a great rapport with candidates from the initial screening through to interview and client offers, delivering an extraordinary candidate experience every time
- Report on key recruitment metrics to the operations team on a weekly basis
- Work with marketing to advertise and promote job roles and to improve candidate communication workflows
- Continually assess and consider a variety of candidate attraction and selection techniques to achieve the best results
- Qualify candidates for suitability prior to arranging client interviews
- Receive and respond to feedback at candidate and client touch points
- Contribute to recruitment projects and change programmes in support of company objectives
- Proactively source talent for hard to fill roles
- Understand the workflow plan for upcoming vacancies and decide the best recruitment approach to take for each area
- Process a high volume of applications that come from a variety of sources
- Build talent pipelines for any future opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a talent resourcing based role either internal or external
- Experience recruiting for technical roles
- Experience managing a high volume of vacancies and candidate applications
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Strong communication skills
- Creative thinking
- Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working to targets
- Able to prioritise projects and organise your time effectively
- Ability to provide all candidates with a ‘best-in-class’ experience
- Can work without close supervision, but can also collaborate with others in a team
- Growth mindset - always curious about finding a better way to do things
