The Role - Senior Implementation Consultant
The role includes all the normal, onboarding, implementation and integration stuff, such as project management, great comms, stakeholder and risk management. It also involves working closely with our Product Support, Client Success and Science teams.
This role will take ownership and support of our Onboarding & Integration projects. From our first moment of contact with prospective or realised clients, we want to offer them a best in class customer experience - in particular, we want to ensure that their journey from prospect through to an active client on the Unmind platform is as seamless and smooth for them as possible.
In this role, you will:
- Supports all of the aspects of on-boarding a client, this involves working closely with Client Success/Sales team, Product Support team and Clients ensuring a smooth process in handling successful implementations.
- Support and monitor the timely and accurate execution of client and internal requests.
- Liaising with the client, providing support and guidance throughout the documentation completion process to ensure quality and completeness during the implementation.
- Platform configurations based on client's requirements.
- Support the technical system integrations (In particular HRIS integrations through APIs) and Single Sign On setup.
- Provide implementation status update to internal teams and Client.
- Advise internal stakeholders and clients on emerging issues, troubleshoot problems and collaborate for solutions.
- Build great relationships with our clients.
- Participate in initiatives to improve the client process.
- Ensure all client review materials are in place and completed.
- Maintain data on end to end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables from team and clients.
- Keep management informed of any changes to processes and procedures, ensure open verbal dialogue with colleagues.
- Support the creation and maintenance of shared documentation and ensure cross-team coordination sessions are planned in and stakeholders are updated.
- Become an expert in the Unmind platform and provide technical support to all teams throughout the onboarding journey.
Skills and Experience
We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for the role.
We're looking for people who are:
- Passionate about working in a dynamic environment with rapid growth.
- Excellent consulting and relationship skills
- Systems configurations and implementation experience.
- Experience in end to end delivery of technology products using Agile Methodologies and frameworks with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to implement processes and manage projects.
- Time management and priority set.
- Manage personal workload and priority items and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management.
- Find new concepts easy to understand, and show the resourcefulness to keep asking until clarity is achieved.
- Know your strengths, yet recognise there’s always more to learn from others.
- Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
