Enterprise Team and Operations Lead

Are you an experienced people and operations manager, with a passion for inclusive entrepreneurship?

We’re seeking a servant leader who could enable TERN’s programme managers to succeed in delivering and and growing their initiatives to support refugee entrepreneurs across the UK.

About the role

Our new Enterprise Team and Operations Lead will oversee our five key business support programmes and line manage each of the programme leaders - enabling them to reach their individual and collective goals.

We are looking for an individual who has designed and delivered inclusive entrepreneurship programmes, with significant experience of line management and managing budgets upwards of £300k.
