Role Summary
- Overseeing full-cycle recruitment to attract global talent.

Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a role combining operations and HR.

Description
What you'll be working on
Recruitment: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring TDL's ability to identify and onboard top talent from around the world.
Employee promotions: Keep track of performance and maintain a view on targets for promotions, ensuring that they happen at the right time according to the policies.
Operational Oversight: With assistence from external accounting firms, manage and budget for office expenses, maintain a comprehensive list of tools used by all employees, and create a calendar of activities for each team to ensure efficient workflow.
Utilization Rate & Staffing Assessment: Constantly monitor the utilization rate of different teams to ensure that it stays within the defined health range and take action when it is not. Collaborate with Directors and PLs to predict staffing needs and initiate recruitment.
Employee Requests: Handle all requests that are already not covered by policies and either take action independently or revisit policies.
Performance and Feedback Management: Ensure timely and smooth execution of review and feedback cycles, as well as accurate computation and distribution of bonuses.
Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Monitor the onboarding process to ensure new hires have facetime with a manager, are onboarded into all relevant systems, receive their pay, etc.
Legal Navigator: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with relevant employment laws, acting as TDL's safeguard against potential disputes.
Confidentiality Guardian: Handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
Mediation and Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts by acting as a mediator between employees and management, maintaining a positive work environment.
Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead employee engagement efforts, from team-building exercises to larger events, fostering a culture of camaraderie.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze, report, and act upon retention and employee satisfaction metrics, ensuring TDL remains a sought-after place to work.
Draft Policies: Pitch new policies, to be reviewed every 6 months with the management team
HRIS and Reporting: Ensure accurate employment information is maintained in our systems, participate in HR projects, and generate reports tailored to business needs (e.g. keeping track of vacation, sick days, etc.)
What we are looking for
Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a focus on both operational and HR needs- Language Proficiency: Mastery of both English and Spanish and, ideally, French.
Analytic Rigor: Strong grasp of data analytics related to HR metrics.
Policy Expertise: Familiarity with implementing, communicating, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Client Engagement: While this is an internal role, strong communication skills are crucial for dealing with different departments and teams across TDL.
